Change is inevitable—but it isn’t always easy. Whether you’re navigating a personal shift, a professional pivot, a move, a family change, or simply feeling the ground shift beneath you, transitions can stir up a mix of grief, excitement, uncertainty, and possibility.
This supportive workshop is designed for women experiencing change in any form. Led by Registered Psychologists, Claire Hanlon & Anusha Kassan, this evening will blend research-based strategies with reflection and connection to help you make sense of the emotions that come with transitions. Together, we will explore how to honour what is ending, stay grounded in the unknown, and step into the next chapter with greater intention and self-trust.

Anxiety isn’t just in your head—it lives in your body, your story, and your nervous system. This supportive workshop is designed for women who want to better understand how anxiety shows up in their lives, why it does, and what they can do about it. Together, we will explore the science behind the stress response, how the nervous system operates, and the ways anxiety can be both protective and disruptive.
Led by Registered Psychologists, Claire Hanlon & Anusha Kassan, this evening combines evidence-based strategies with guided personal and group reflection. You’ll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, reduce anxious patterns, and respond with more clarity, calm, and compassion. Whether anxiety feels like a constant companion or an occasional overwhelm, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, informed, and empowered.
Anxiety Is information—learning to listen, and to lead yourself forward
Grief is a natural response to loss—but it rarely follows a straight path. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, identity, health, or a future you imagined, this workshop offers a space to pause, reflect, and feel supported.
Led by Registered Psychologists, Claire Hanlon & Anusha Kassan, this evening blends the science of grief with the power of community and compassion. You will learn about the cycles and complexity of grief, gain tools for navigating your own process, and explore supportive strategies grounded in research and lived experience. With space for personal reflection and group sharing, you will leave with practical resources, deeper understanding, and the comfort of knowing you are not alone.
Honour what was… hold what is…heal forward
